What data we process
We process the data you give us when contacting us, using our forms or our services: your name, contact details (phone, e-mail) and the content of your message. The scope of the data depends on the matter you are contacting us about.
Purpose and legal basis
We process the data in order to answer your enquiry, deliver our services and stay in touch - on the basis of our legitimate interest, steps taken at your request and your consent. Providing the data is voluntary but necessary for us to handle your case.
Cookies
The site uses cookies to work correctly and, with your consent, to analyse traffic and support any marketing activity. We group cookies into categories:
- Essential - they remember your cookie consent and basic session settings. Without them the site will not work properly.
- Analytics - anonymous visit statistics (which pages help, how many people return). It helps us improve the site.
- Marketing - ad personalisation and remarketing (e.g. advertising pixels). Loaded only after your consent.
You can change your consent at any time - use the Cookies button in the site footer. You can also delete cookies in your browser settings; you will see the banner again on your next visit.
Anonymous visit statistics
Regardless of cookies, we keep anonymous visit statistics on the server side: the number of page views, the approximate country (based on the connection), the type of device and the referral source (e.g. a search engine). The data is aggregated and does not allow any individual to be identified - we use no cookies for it and do not store your IP address. We keep these statistics on the basis of our legitimate interest in maintaining and improving the site.
Connecting Instagram and Facebook
A WebloNeo customer can connect their Instagram account (a professional account: business or creator) or their Facebook Page to our app in the panel, so that their latest posts appear on their website. The customer does this themselves, with the "Connect" button and by logging in through the Instagram or Facebook window.
We only collect the data needed to show the posts: the profile name and picture, the account ID, and for each post the photo or video thumbnail, caption, publish date and link to the post. We do not read private messages, comments, follower lists or insights, and we never publish anything on behalf of the customer.
We store the access token from Meta encrypted and use it only to refresh the posts. We keep copies of post images on our server so the website loads fast. We do not sell data from Instagram or Facebook, we do not share it with other companies and we do not use it for advertising.
The connection can be ended at any time: in the WebloNeo panel (the "Disconnect" button) or in Instagram or Facebook settings (Apps and websites). After disconnecting, we delete the access token, the downloaded posts and the image copies right away, at the latest within 30 days.
Data deletion
To delete your data, including data downloaded from Instagram or Facebook, email support@webloneo.com and give the name of your Instagram account or Facebook Page. We will delete all data linked to that account within 30 days and confirm it by email.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to rectify, erase or restrict its processing, as well as the right to object and to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (the President of the Personal Data Protection Office).
