A SaaS application for business websites

The website, the panel and all the technology in a single system

A company gets a finished website, a panel to run it independently, from your phone too, plus everything underneath: hosting, backups, visitor statistics, forms and visibility tools for Google and AI search engines.

The WebloNeo panel: page structure in sections, live preview and settings.

Trusted by

Companies running their website on WebloNeo. Every address is a live site, not a mockup.

  • A panel instead of plugins

You manage content, images and pages in one place. You install nothing and update nothing.

  • Visibility in AI

A site arranged so AI assistants can read and quote it. With a counter of their visits.

  • Fast from day one

A finished document from servers spread around the world. No speed add-ons.

  • No admin panel on your domain

Login and database live outside the site, so the domain holds no obvious target.

Measurements

What you get

The site is half the service. The other half is the tools

In a classic CMS each of the things below is a separate plugin by a different author, uploaded to the client server and running with full privileges. In WebloNeo they are part of one system and work from day one.

  • A panel for running the site : You rearrange sections like blocks and write text like in a notepad.
  • Visitor statistics : How many people, where they came from and which pages are actually read.
  • AI crawler counter : Which crawler reached for the site and how often, period over period.
  • AEO visibility audit : A score and a list of specific fixes to make.
  • Queries from Google Search Console : Which queries the site shows up for, and in which position.
  • Forms and enquiries : You build the form in the panel, enquiries stay on a list.
  • Language versions : A second language version from the same content, not a second site.
  • Backups : Content and images backed up automatically, a site copy on request.
  • Image library : Drag-and-drop upload, cropping and background removal on the spot.
  • Change history : Earlier versions of a page are kept, so a change can be undone.

Panel

You run the site yourself, with a live preview

On the left the page structure in sections, in the middle the preview, on the right the settings and an AEO readiness indicator. You see a change at once, before publishing.

  • A draft by default: Saving does not touch the live site. You publish deliberately, in one click.
  • Sections instead of code: The system owns the layout, so the design cannot fall apart.
  • Writing like in a notepad: A slash opens the block list, selecting a word shows the formatting bar.

Statistics that sell

You see more than traffic. You see who stopped halfway

A plain visit counter tells you how many people arrived - and stops there. That number leads nowhere. WebloNeo shows what happened next: how many people started filling in the form, how many calculated a quote, and where every enquiry came from.

  • A source label on every enquiry : From Google, from a Facebook ad, from a ChatGPT answer or from a link on another site - together with the campaign name.
  • The form funnel : How many people started filling it in and how many sent it. We record only that they started, never what they typed.
  • Unfinished quotes : The calculator shows quotes that were worked out but never sent - and their total value. Your list of unfinished chances.
  • How well each source performs : How many visits from a given source turn into an enquiry. You can see what is worth paying for and what is not working.
  • Full numbers, no cookie consent needed : We count on the server and anonymously, so you see all the traffic - not just the share that clicked the banner.
  • A summary on Monday morning : An e-mail with last week in plain words. No logging in to anything.

Visibility in AI

Customers increasingly ask AI, not Google

For twenty years, someone typed a phrase into a search engine, scanned a list of links and opened a site. Today more and more people ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Perplexity and get a ready answer, often without opening anything. If a company is not in that answer, then for the person asking it does not exist.

You do not have to take our word for it. The panel shows how many times AI crawlers actually reached for your site.

  • You know who and how often: Every AI crawler separately, with visit counts and period comparison.
  • AI bots are let in: An ordinary site often blocks them without the owner knowing. Here they are let in on purpose.
  • No extra tools to buy: The counter is part of the panel, not a separate service to pay for.

The order has flipped

In Google the AI answer comes first, the classic results only below it

Type a question about a company into Google. Right at the top, before the first blue link, an AI Overview block appears: a ready answer composed by the Gemini model, with links to the sources it built it from.

That changes the order in which someone gets to know your company. First place in the classic results is now the SECOND answer the person sees. The first one is written by a model, and it takes its material from pages it can read, understand and quote.

  • Gemini first, then ten blue links: The AI block sits above the results, not beside them. More and more often that is where it ends.
  • SEO decides whether you are on the list: AEO decides whether you are in the answer above the list. Two different questions.
  • A model quotes what it understands: Structured data and answer-shaped content decide who it names as the source.
A Google search result: at the top an AI Overview block with a ready answer and links to sources, and only below it the classic list of blue links.

Proof

ChatGPT answers about the company, quoting its website

This is not a screenshot from an account with chat history or a paid plan. The question was asked with nobody logged in, in the window everyone sees. The model answers with specifics: what the company does, how long it has been running, where it is based and what it offers.

Every piece of information carries a link to its source. That is exactly the point of AEO: not merely being on the internet, but being the material a model builds its answer from.

Audit

A built-in audit tells you what to fix

Instead of taking anyone at their word, you get a concrete result: whether AI crawlers are allowed on the site, whether the content is in a format a model can quote, whether the structured data is complete and whether the site is accidentally blocking its own indexing.

The audit shows strengths, gaps and a list of fixes. It is the same measurement we run on our own deployments before handing a site over.

Results, not promises

This is what Google measures

Anyone can check a site speed themselves, in a minute and for free, in PageSpeed Insights. Alongside is the result for a site built on WebloNeo, in the harder of the two tests: mobile.

  • 99 points for performance: The mobile measurement, the harsher of Google two tests.
  • A full 100 points: For accessibility, best practices and SEO. Three categories out of four at maximum.
  • 3/3 in agentic browsing: A new Google test: whether an AI assistant can actually use the site.
A PageSpeed Insights result for a site on WebloNeo: performance 99, accessibility 100, best practices 100, SEO 100 and a full 3/3 in agentic browsing.

Why AEO

A website that talks to AI crawlers

AEO means preparing a site so AI assistants understand who and what to recommend. In WebloNeo it is built in from day one, not bolted on with plugins.

  • A complete set of structured data describing the company, services and reviews in machine language.
  • An llms.txt file and content shaped as ready answers to customer questions.
  • A clean, fast document that models read without obstacles.
  • A built-in audit that scores the site and lists the specific gaps.

The same situation, two routes

What happens before the page appears on screen

A visitor clicks a link. Below is exactly the same event, once on a classic CMS and once on WebloNeo. The difference in the number of steps is also the difference in waiting time.

A classic CMS

  1. Someone opens the website.
  2. A single server wakes up and boots the whole system.
  3. The system queries the database for text. That is dozens to hundreds of queries.
  4. Plugins start up one after another. Each adds its own queries and its own code.
  5. Only now does the theme assemble the page.
  6. The finished page sets off to the visitor.

This work repeats on every visit, for every visitor. That is why speed add-ons have to be bolted on afterwards.

WebloNeo

  1. Someone opens the website.
  2. The nearest of the servers spread around the world takes it and reaches for ready content.
  3. The page sets off at once. No plugins, no rebuilding from scratch.

Three steps instead of six, and none of them depends on how many add-ons the site has. That is why it is fast from day one.

Why WebloNeo was built

A business website should not depend on whether someone clicked update in time

WebloNeo was not built because WordPress is bad. It was built because the model in which every site is a separate installation with a dozen plugins by different authors stopped holding up. Not in theory, but in the calendar of incidents.

July 2026: a hole in the core itself

A pair of flaws known as wp2shell allowed a site to be taken over with no login at all and affected practically every version released since December 2025. At the time of disclosure, around sixty percent of organisations using WordPress had at least one vulnerable installation, and one in four exposed a vulnerable server directly to the internet. Once a working exploit was published, mass scanning began, with tens of thousands of attack attempts.

There was nothing to neglect and nothing left to update. An up-to-date, properly maintained site was exactly as vulnerable as a neglected one, and the owner could only wait for a patch and hope to beat the scanner.

That was not an exception, it is the rule

Critical flaws in popular plugins, affecting hundreds of thousands of sites at once, are announced every few weeks. A contact form, a gallery, a cache, a cookie banner: each is a separate program by an external author, uploaded to the client server and running with full privileges. A patch usually arrives quickly, but time passes between the flaw being published and the owner clicking update, and scanners never stop.

That is why we built this differently

There is no login panel or database on the client domain, so there is no obvious target for an attack. Forms, galleries, reviews and cookies are part of the system rather than bolted-on extras, so there is nothing to install and nothing to patch. We roll out a fix once and it reaches every client at the same time, without waiting for each of them to click update.

We do not claim our code is free of bugs, because no such code exists. We claim there is less of it, that it comes from one place, and that responsibility for keeping it current sits with us rather than with a company that simply wanted a website.

Frequently asked questions

Short answers to what companies ask before deciding.

Can I change the content myself?

Yes, that is the basic way of working with WebloNeo. You manage content, images, prices and whole pages in the panel. Saving creates a draft and the change only goes live once approved, so you cannot break the site with one click.

Does the panel work on a phone?

Yes, and not in a read-only version. From a phone you can reorder sections, correct a price, add a news post and check statistics. The panel was built for a small screen from the start, not adapted later.

How do I know AI search engines really read my site?

From the counter in the panel. You see every crawler separately, its visit count and a comparison with the previous period. That is a measurement, not a declaration. On one deployment, twelve different AI crawlers visited the site over thirty days, more than two thousand times in total.

How is AEO different from SEO?

SEO makes sure a site ranks high in search results. AEO makes sure AI systems can read it, understand it and name it as the source of an answer at all. Today you need both, because some questions never reach the list of blue links.

Is the site mine? What if I want to leave?

The site can be copied in full and run on any hosting, including outside WebloNeo. We say plainly what the copy does not include: the panel, because the panel is part of the service. The site itself keeps working and the content is ready to export.

Do I have to update anything?

No. There are no plugins or updates to watch on the client side. We roll out fixes and new features once and they reach every client at the same time, at no extra cost. There is no such thing as an outdated installation here, because there are no separate installations.
